We play songs on Wednesday in Newark, OH.
We played with Humbird some years ago at Brothers Drake Meadery in Columbus. It was a remarkable night, and this will be a remarkable night in a beautiful restored ballroom as well.
Consider making the drive, braving the weeknight, and finding some songs to take home with you as you enjoy springtime.

As you may or may not know, we’re hard at work on a third record — maybe to come out summer 2023, or spring 2024, or next wednesday (probably not next wednesday).
Also as you may or may not know, the GCAC gives grants to local artists to make their art. On Tuesday, they accepted our application and will be supporting us in mixing and mastering the newest record. If you don’t make records, this is such a huge deal. We don’t aim to make bank on our band, but it really helps if we can get close to breaking even record to record. GCAC’s support is not taken lightly. Thank you!
If you’re an artist (visual, dance, fashion, music, writing… ANY art), then you should take a peek at their website and consider writing an application for support. I feel very supported; you should also feel very supported!

I (Sam) will be performing solo as part of a songwriters in the round style show sending up John Prine’s “Souvenirs.” If you haven’t been to this restored ballroom in Newark, it’s worth the trip! Both early and late shows have tickets available — find tickets here and the event at their website.
Wednesday, July 28th at Rumba Cafe in Columbus: Small Songs album release show

Saturday, July 31st in Dublin, OH: Ohio Creatives Festival
Students from Groove U are putting on an outdoor festival with a bunch of bands — some founded during the pandemic. We’re happy to kick things off during the second day of the festival.
